DAY THREE - ON THE ROAD

Sept 1: I was sweetly awaken at about 10am. I quickly hopped out of bed and got ready for what turned out to de a long day. Took a quick shower. cashed out my last jar of change (a nice $97) and went out to get some yo-yos. Apparently they aren't hot right now because i couldn't find all i needed. Sucks. I want some nice yo-yo's to give away. By 1pm mike had picked me up. We went to Walters to finish up the RV. Yes, we're taking a camper. I had to install the driver & passenger seats, and I help finish some carpeting and tiling. By 8pm we were loaded but behind schedule. It was hot as hell and I needed a shower something fierce. To the surprise of my mom & bro, i showed up tonight & took a quick wash. Was so worth it. By 930pm we were on the road.

Also, I only found out today that the RV is a shifter-car. I was supposed to assist in driving dutiesr. I'm used to luxury cars. ever heard of cadillac? that's what i drive.' So a crash course in driving stick! I only drove for about an hour, because I didn't/wasn't comfortable changing gears. When I missed the 80 exit to Sacramento, i had to pull off the road. I knew I wouldn't be able to handle driving in traffic or in the city.
